WHAT DOES ARM-E DO?

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

ARM-E is a next-generation 3D printer. Unconstrained by size limits familiar to the traditional gantry-style system, ARM-E can print massive metal and composite structures in the x and y direction. In addition, one ARM-E can print thousands of parts in a matrix across the warehouse floor without stopping.

3-D TOOLING

ARM-E has an interchangeable end effector that can be configured for any manufacturing task: milling, sanding, painting, buffing, and more. This is possible due to ARM-E's advanced 3D surface perception system. Imagine: ARM-E finishes printing a part, and begins machining it with a CNC toolhead immediately thereafter, not wasting a second.

UNMATCHED MOBILITY

Since ARM-E is a mobile robotic system, it can be rapidly deployed anywhere in the warehouse environment. ARM-E can change protocols in a matter of minutes, not days. This is the beginning of true factory automation.
